Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Canopy. Here's how refunds work.

First month satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Canopy during your first month, email us at hello@canopyseo.com and we'll refund your first payment in full. No questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You keep access through the end of your current billing period

  • Articles you've already generated are still yours

  • Any unused article pack credits remain in your account

We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 5 of your billing cycle, you still have access through day 30.

Article packs

Article pack purchases ($20 for 10 articles) are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you haven't used any credits from a pack, we'll refund it within 7 days of purchase — email us.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us at hello@canopyseo.com within 30 days of the charge. We'll review and correct any billing errors promptly.

How to request a refund

Email hello@canopyseo.com with your account email and a brief description. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
